Refund Policy

Pure Docs Services aims to provide high-quality business setup and PRO services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

No Refund After Service Initiation

Pure Docs Services offers no refunds once:

  • Government fees have been paid
  • Applications have been submitted
  • Work has begun on your file
  • Documentation has been processed

Government fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Client Cancellation

If you cancel before service work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the service fee (excluding administrative charges). Government fees cannot be refunded.

Refund Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by government entities
  • Rejection of applications due to client-provided incorrect information
  • Change of mind after service commencement
  • Visa or license rejection by authorities
  • Incomplete documentation submitted by the client

Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical error, we will refund the extra amount after verification.

Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to be processed.
